[:1]The shoulder plates look real nice, also I think the hair looks better now it's been coloured, less 'emo'. Bringing the knee plates down a little bit would also make it look much better.
He also looks less like the elementalist from Guild Wars now. I think it was the combination of the hair and armour that did it for me in the first pic.
Overall, I like it.
